Overview
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI assistant that helps you write, summarise, analyse and plan. Copilot is powered by large language models and always respects the user's permissions – it only sees what you already have access to.
Copilot Chat grounded in web data is available to users with a Microsoft 365 account. To use Copilot right inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams – and let it work with the company's own documents and email – you need the Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on licence.
