Once a calendar month we update the website’s components, plugins and themes to the latest recommended version.
WordPress plugins and themes
Basic covers up to 10 plugins and 1 theme, Standard 20 plugins and 2 themes and Premium 30 plugins and 3 themes.
Restored by the next working day
In case of an intrusion, crash or other critical problem we restore the website to the latest backup, by the next working day at the latest.
Round-the-clock monitoring and logging
Everything that happens on the website is monitored and logged. Logs are kept for as long as the agreement runs, at most three years.
Service report after every service
After every service you get an email summarising what we have done.
Version history of changed files
Every file we change is kept under version control for at least 30 days, so a change can always be rolled back.
Free support by phone and email
Call or email us during our regular opening hours for as long as the agreement runs – at no extra cost.
Security review
At every service we review the website to find and fix vulnerabilities and security risks.
Alerts by text and email
In case of an intrusion, shutdown, threat or other critical event you get an alert at once.
Uptime report
At every service we report how much of the time the website has been up.
Domain check
We check that the domain and its settings are correct and warn you if anything threatens the domain’s security.

Good to know
Terms in brief
- The agreement runs for six months or a year at a time. A new agreement is always signed for a full year, after which you choose the period.
- The fee is paid in advance against invoice. All prices exclude VAT.
- The price can only change ahead of a new period, and an increase is announced at least one month in advance.
- The agreement can be signed by companies and organisations within the EU.
- Do not install new plugins or change the website’s settings without checking with us first.
- Keep logins safe and tell us at once if a login has gone astray.
