Inspections without scaffolding

Roofs, chimneys, facades, masts, bridges and power lines can be inspected from the air in a fraction of the time, without lifts, scaffolding or risk to staff. You get sharp images and a clear report.

Overview

A roof inspection normally takes half a day with a lift and two people. With a drone it takes an hour, no one has to climb, and you get images of every tile, seam and chimney at a resolution where cracks and rust show clearly.

We inspect roofs and facades on residential buildings, industrial premises and public buildings, but also masts, bridges, dams, power lines and solar installations. With a thermal camera we find moisture damage, poor insulation and overheated solar panels invisible to the naked eye.

The result is delivered as a report with images, a map overview and marked deviations, so you can plan maintenance, request quotes or document the condition before a sale or survey. Recurring inspections give you a timeline of how the building is doing.

How it works

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Planning

Airspace, permits, safety and choice of camera – regular or thermal.

  3. 3

    The inspection

  4. 4

    The report

Images, overview and marked deviations delivered digitally within days.

What does it cost?

A roof inspection of a house or a smaller apartment building, with report, has a fixed price. Larger properties, thermal camera, masts and infrastructure are quoted by scope.

Recurring inspections, for example every spring and autumn, can be agreed as a contract with a lower price per visit.
